Alla Pugacheva, one of the most famous Russian singers and former Eurovision contestants, will organize a big Christmas show on December 11th at the Palace of Sports in Kiev, the venue where the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 took place. The special guests list includes Ani Lorak, this year's Junior Eurovision host; Ruslana, the Ukrainian winner of the Eurovision Song Contest; Mogilevska and Iryna Bilik, among others.
This special event will take place on December 11th at Kiev's Palats Sportu' under the script of the Russian Prima Donna, Alla Pugacheva, and supports the revival of the project Kievan Rus. This is why the Ukrainian capital was elected as the location where the show will take place.
Ani Lorak and Ruslana are topping the list of invited guests from the Ukraine, but also, a big number of Russian performers will attend the event. All the artists will present a brand new song which wasn't in rotation before alongside other surprises, and it was confirmed that the show will be broadcast both by Russian and Ukrainian television channels most probably on January 7th 2010.
Alla Pugacheva represented Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest 1997 with the song Primadonna and finished 15th out of 25. She is considered one of the most famous Russian singers and enjoys an iconic status across the former Soviet Unionas the most successful Soviet performer in terms of record sales and popularity.
