The rumours come to an end as the Polish broadcaster TVP has revealed the ten songs that will participate in Krajowe Eliminacje 2017 just in a week time from today.
Following an open submission period, a short press release from TVP has revealed the shortlist of ten participants that made it to the national selection:
- Martin Fitch – Fight for us
- Kasia Moś – Flashlight
- Carmell – Faces
- Agata Nizińska – Reason
- Rafał Brzozowski – Sky over Europe
- Isabell Otrębus-Larsson – Voiceless
- Małgorzata Uściłowska (Lanberry) – Only human
- Aneta Sablik – Ulalala
- Paulla – Chcę tam z tobą być
- Olaf Bressa – You look good
Many fans and media outlets that suspected and wished but last year’s runner-up of Krajowe Eliminacje, Margaret, is not in the run to represent Poland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017.
The Polish final will be held on Saturday, 18 February – exactly one week from now.
Coming back to the Eurovision Song Contest in 2014 after a two year break, Poland became a successful country at the contest, managing to qualify to the final every time since and having the country’s third best placing of all times in 2016 with Color of your life by Michał Szpak.
