Russia’s 2012 Eurovision representatives Buranovskiye Babushki are back with their latest single Ole-ola, a song recorded specially in dedication towards the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Released on the 18 September, Ole-ola is the latest single to be released by the Russian grandmothers of Buranovskiye Babushki, a song to celebrate the Russian-hosted FIFA World Cup event which set to take place in the summer of 2018.
The music video for Ole-ola was filmed at the Metallurg Stadium in the city of Samara, in which we see the group members performing their song around the arena as well as playing a round of football on the pitch itself!
Ole-ola includes the names of all the Russian cities set to host the matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup along with the lyrics; Make us happy with your goals, the grandmothers are with you, and whoever has been quiet sing along with us.

Buranovskiye Babushki became an international sensation following their participation in the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest, receiving points from 40 out of the eligible 41 voting countries around Europe.
Performing in the Azerbaijani city of Baku with their entry Party for everybody, the group finished in 2nd position in the Grand Final of the contest, receiving a total of 259 points.
