The film adaptation of the musical 'Mamma Mia' premiered in London. Alongside the cast of the film, three of the members of ABBA, the winnners of the 1974 Eurovision Songcontest, attended the screening: Björn, Benny and Agnetha.

Another highlight can be added to the successful career of the Swedish pop group, despite having parted more than two decades ago. First came the songs, after the musical and now a film. Leicester Square, in the heart of London, saw yesterday a star-studded premiere of the film 'Mamma Mia.

Meryl Streepheads the cast of the film. As her daughter's Sophiewedding day draws near, her carachter tries to find the father among three 'candidates' played byPierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and Stellan Skarsgård. The plot takes place in the Greek Isles.

The complete enssemble of ABBAwill reunite for the Stockholm premiere, but for that purppose only.
