The third heat of A Dal 2016, the Hungarian pre-selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, takes place tonight.

The show is broadcast live from Budapest at 19:40 CET and shows on MTVA’s channels:

It is hosted by television presenters Csilla Tatár and Levente Harsányi.

The contestants and their entries are:

• B The First – You told me you loved me
• Bálint Gájer – Speed bump
  
• Ív – Love kills me
• Júlia Horányi – Come along
• Nika – Emlékkép
• Olivér Berkes & Andi Tóth – Seven seas
  
• Parno Graszt – Már nem szédülök
• Petruska – Trouble in my mind
• Szilvia Agárdi  – It is love
• Viki Singh – Katonák

After each song, a four member jury, that consists of prominent Hungarian composers and performers Pierrot, Zséda, Károly Frenreisz and Miklós Both, will give each entry a score from 1 to 10, then the pubic will be able to vote throughout the show via SMS, online or mobile phone app. The five acts with the highest combined jury (80%)/public (20%) scores will move straight forward to the semi finals, then the act with the highest public scores out of the five remaining acts will also move forward in the competition.

During the show, there will be a special performance by ByeAlex (Eurovision 2013) & A Slepp (The Entourage), who will perform the song Még mindig.

The two semi-finals of A Dal 2016 will be held on 13 and 20 February and the final of a A Dal 2016, where Hungary will decide who will represent the country at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm, Sweden will take place on 27 February.
