Jessy Matador, the 2010 French hopeful in Oslo, is back with a brand new track, Karateka, and gives his thought about entering the Eurovision Song Contest again!
Sampling Real 2 Real‘s I like to move it, Karateka‘s Afrobeats will most probably be a big hit on the French dancing floors this fall. The track featuring Laskez has been announced as his latest single anticipating the album Just me to be released in 2016.
During a recent promotion interview to news website Rashtag, Jessy Matador declared keeping very fond memories of his Eurovision Song Contest experience and feels a lot of pride of having represented France. The singer also stated he would be delighted to have another go at it: “I would do my best not to end at the bottom of the scoreboard. The goal would be a Top 10 minimum so we could all be proud. We would put on a show and party big time as we did with Allez Ola Olé. That would be great if France Télévisions could read that interview actually: call me!!”.
