Bosnia & Herzegovina’s 2011 and 1999 representative Dino Merlin has released a new single to support victims of the flooding throughout the Balkan region.

The devastating floods that have been plaguing the Balkan areas recently have destroyed homes, entire villages, and caused massive landslides that continue to hamper the region. Dino Merlin has just released a new single, Ruža (Rose), which aims to bring attention to flood victims in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Serbia.

You can watch the video for the single below, featuring images and video captured from the flood regions:

More information on donating to the flood victims can be found on Dino’s official website.

Dino Merlin represented his home country of Bosnia and Herzegovina twice; once in 1999 with Béatrice and their entry Putnici (Travellers), achieving 7th place in the final, and again in 2011 solo, with his entry Love in rewind, placing  6th in the Grand Final.

The Balkan country did not participate in the contest in 2013 or 2014 citing financial reasons, but have not ruled out a return in 2015, depending on the financial state of the country.
