Valentina Monetta the 2013 Sammarinese Eurovision representative has recorded a special message for you!

The 2013 Sammarinese artist has recorded a special message for our readers at esctoday.com in Italian much in the style of her Eurovision entry which she will be singing in Italian too. In the message Valentina thanks all of you for following her on esctoday.com and and says she’s very happy and honoured to represent San Marino once again at the Eurovision Song Contest. She says she will give her best and sends you all best wishes and kisses!

Valentina has been working round the clock preparing for  her forthcoming Eurovision participation. The Sammarinese artist travelled to Amsterdam and London recently where she performed at special Eurovision events.

Valentina was selected via an internal selection to represent San Marino at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest. She will be flying the Sammarinese flag in Malmo with her song Crisalide.

Crisalide has been composed by none other than Mr. Ralph Siegel who has competed at the Eurovision Song Contest with many songs. This will be his 21st contribution to the Eurovision Song Contest and 2nd consecutive entry for San Marino. Mauro Balestri has written the lyrics of the 2013 Sammarinese entry.

2013 will see the 4th Sammerinese Eurovision participation.San Marino debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2008 with Miodio and is yet to win the event. Stay tuned to esctoday.com for the latest information and news on San Marino and the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest 2013.
