San Marino: Crisalide released – which version will Valentina sing in Malmö?

The 2013 Sammarinese entry Crisalide was released earlier today on Spotify in its Italian version.Valentina  Monetta has recorded her Eurovision entry both in English and Italian. Which version will she sing in Malmö?

Tonight SMRTV, the Sammarinese national broadcaster  will air a special song presentation in order to reveal Valentina’s Eurovision entry and the official videoclip. The show will be aired at 20:25 CET.

About the show

Mr.Alessandro Capicchioni, Head of San Marino Delegation at the Eurovision Song Contest, will be hosting the show. Both the 2013 Sammarinese entry along with official videoclip will be premiered during the show.Valentina Monetta will be be sharing her thoughts and feelings about her forthcoming Eurovision participation during the show. Several special guests have been invited to attend the show: Fabrizio Raggi (art director), Roberto Moretti (TV committee member for the song selection), Eddy Anselmi and Emanuele Lombardini (journalists). Whilst  Ralph Siegel (composer of Crisalide) , Mauro  Balestri (lyricist of  Crisalide), Sanjay Jiandani (Head of Press for esctoday.com), Eva Arnardottir (the number 1 Sammarinese fan from Iceland) will grace the occasion via Skype.

Crisalide has been composed by none other than Mr. Ralph Siegel who has competed at the Eurovision Song Contest with many songs. This will be his 21st contribution to the Eurovision Song Contest and 2nd consecutive entry for San Marino. Mauro Balestri has written the lyrics of the 2013 Sammarinese entry.
