Loreen, the current Eurovision champion, is nominated for two World Music Awards in the categories “Best Female Artist” and “World’s Best Song” with “Euphoria”. The ceremony will take place on 22 December in Miami and the fans are invited to cast their votes on the official website of the show.
The World Music Awards is an international awards show founded in 1989 and presented by Albert II the Prince of Monaco. This show annually honors the recording artists based on worldwide sales figures provided by IFPI.
Loreen is not the first Eurovision winner who was nominated in this prestigious show. Celine Dion, Ruslana and Dima Bilan graced the stage of this ceremony in the past.
