Just a day after Björn Ulvaeus announced he would try to get all four former Abba members to appear at the opening of the Abba museum next spring, it is reported that Agnetha Fältskog is back in the studio and recording new material.

According to Aftonbladet she is working with completely new material with top songwriter Jörgen Elofsson, responsible for several hits for Britney Spears, Westlife, Will Young and Kelly Clarkson.

This would be the first new material from Agnetha since her cover album My colouring book eight years ago. Agnetha started her careen in 1967 and released several solo albums before joining Abba and winning the Eurovision Song Contest with them in 1974. After Abba broke up she released three solo albums, and after a silence of 17 years returned with her latest album in 2004.
