Summer 2019 season has well and truly begun around Europe and our pace has become more relaxed… This summer we’ll once again be traveling to the north, as Sweden is all set to host their 40th edition of the music festival Allsång på Skansen, which will be keeping us company every week until 6 August.

Allsång på Skansen (Sing along at Skansen) is an annual music festival, taking place every Tuesday from late-June to early-August in Sweden. It all seems that it has been a pleasure for both her and the public, as for a 4th time in a row, Sanna Nielsen, who represented the country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 and came 3rd, will serve as the shows’ host.

Who’s coming on stage?

This week saw the disclosure of the line-up for all 8 shows of this year’s event, and it’s not a surprise that we can meet a great deal of Eurovision-involved artists among them. John Lundvik, who defended the Swedish colours last month in Tel Aviv, Benjamin Ingrosso, who represented them in 2018 and the 1991 Eurovision winner Carola are only 3 of our beloved Eurostars who are going to take to the stage in the weeks to come.
