Rehearsals are now well and truly underway in the city of Tel Aviv, which will be hosting this year’s Eurovision Song Contest. Today sees the first day of rehearsals, with the first half of the first semi-final evening taking to the impressive stage of Expo Tel Aviv.
Eight countries are all set to make their debut onstage, 9 days before the live show of the first semi-final. Following their rehearsal, a Meet & Greet session will be coming next. These countries are Belgium, Georgia, Australia, Iceland, Estonia, Portugal, Greece and San Marino.
Day 2 goes on with Georgia’s first rehearsal. The one who will be defending the Caucasian nation’s colours this year is the artist Oto Nemsadze, who was victorious at Georgian Idol 2019.
Oto is another singer who opts for all black for his performance. He wears black jeans and boots, and a loose black army-style jacket, with pockets and straps. He also wears black fingerless gloves. This look suits the song very well. His all-male backing singers are also all in black, opting for more formal shirts and trousers.
