Following the United Kingdom’s first rehearsal, it’s time we got back to Iberian peninsula. Today Spain is the second country of the ‘Big 5’ to take to the Eurovision 2018, ahead of their performance at the contest’s Grand Final next Saturday!

This year, the country is being represented by the duet of Alfred and Amaia. The couple were crowned the Spanish representatives for 2018, through the country’s talent show Operacion Triunfo.

Maybe with the most romantic performance of this year’s contest, the young couple is coming to bring us strong feelings. Amaia is dressed in white/off-white jumpsuit, while her partner Alfred is wearing a burgundy suit.

White lightning characterizes their performance, ahead of the darkness that covers the stage at the end. Alfred and Amaia end up touching their noses and kissing, receiving great applause at the press center.

A simplistic but quite emotional entry from Spain, which aspires to reverse its recent poor Eurovision fortunes.
