Belarus: Navi Band to fly to Kyiv!

The second national final of the evening is complete, with Belarus selecting Navi Band as their next representative at the Eurovision Song Contest with the song Historyja majho zyccia.

With Belarus’ 2016 representative, Ivan, opening the show, the thirteen acts performed for the right to represent Belarus at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest this evening, performing to both the public and jury in a bid to earn their votes.

Each act performed their entries this evening, many of which have received revamps this initially being shortlisted from the live audition stage, before voting opened to the public and jury for a total of 10 minutes.

Following interval performances from numerous acts including the country’s former Eurovision artists Uzari and Ivan, the first set of votes from the televote came in who went on to rank PROvokatsiya Group as their favourite act of the night.

However, the jury had a different opinion as Navi Band received the highest amount of votes. With both the votes combined, it was Navi Band who went on to win the Belarusian national final and will go on to represent the nation in Kyiv with the song Historyja majho zyccia.
