The legendary winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2012, Loreen, will take part in the Swedish music concert Notes for Peace.

The Swedish singer will perform alongside her musical compatriots Ola Salo, lead singer of The Ark (Sweden 2007) and three-time Melodifestivalen competitor David Lindgren (Melodifestivalen 2012, 2013 and 2016) amongst others.

Notes for Peace is a music concert which features Swedish singers from various genres, and its founders established the event to raise awareness of sustainable development and social issues, as well as campaign for peace.

We respect that this work requires more than just a concert, say founders Anna Linton and Tobias Larsson. But our goal is that all guests will leave the concert with a broad smile on their lips, a pleasant feeling in their body and a little wiser about what we as individuals can do to create togetherness and peace in the world. And what is better than music and a really awesome concert!

Notes for Peace will be held in Varberg on the 27 August 2016.

Loreen won the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest for Sweden with her song Euphoria.
