TVE, the Spanish national broadcaster has revealed today that Barei’s Eurovision postcard was filmed in Madrid yesterday.
SVT, the 2016 host broadcaster has sent a crew to Madrid in order to film Barei’s presentation postcard which will preceed her performance in Stockholm, just before she takes the stage. The postcard has been filmed in collaboration with TVE.
Barei has recorded her postcard in Madrid’s Plaza Mayor and in other iconic landmarks and sights of the Spanish capital city. She has filmed the postcard in some of her favourite places in the Spanish capital.
The 2016 Eurovision postcards will showcase the 43 competing acts in their homeland, featuring famous landmarks and cities of their respective countries. The postcards will feature the artists’ favourite spots and places in their home country.
Barei won the 2016 Spanish Eurovision national final and will fly the Spanish flag at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm with her entry Say Yay!
