Severina Vuckovic, Croatian 2006 contestant at the Eurovision Song Contest, starts her North America tour next week. She will visit seven cities in the USA and Canada: Atlanta, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Chicago, Toronto, Cleveland and New York.

This has already been a very busy week for Severina considering that she performed at the Boris Novkovic concert in Zagreb and started preparing new songs for her album earlier this month. She has also been rehearsing her role as Baroness Castelli in the new production of one of the most popular Croatian plays “Glembajevi”. Nevertheless, Severina plans to start her North America tour next week. There is a big interest for her concerts and most of the concerts have already been sold out. Congress Theatre in Chicago, where Severina will perform on Thanksgiving day, billed her as “The Croatian Madonna”.

Severina won the Dora 2006 with the song Moja Stikla (My high heel) and represented Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest in Athens, finishing 13th with 56 points.
