Aysel Babayeva and Valeriya Hüseynzadə won the last heat of the Azerbaijani national selection for this year’s Eurovision Song Contest and therefore they qualified for the next phase of Milli Seçim Turu 2013.

The eight and last heat of Milli Seçim Turu 2013 took place tonight in Baku with nine artists competing for advancing to the next phase of the Azerbaijani national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest. Aysel Babayeva and Valeriya Hüseynzadə were the last two artists to qualify for the national final of the competition.

The following artists have qualified from the weekly heats:

• Nigar Huseynova
• Vlada Akhundova
• Valeria Huseynzadeh

The winner of the national final will represent Azerbaijan in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 and will perform in the first half of the Semi-final 2 to be held on 16 May in Malmö.
