Azerbaijan: "Legends and Sensations of Eurovision"
One of the highlights of the show was the performance of 2004 runner up and this year's host Zeljko Joksimovic, who managed to captivate almost 25 000 people in the audience to sing along with him. The crowd were also treated to a performance of traditional folk dancing by Azerbaijani ethnic drum band "Natig" followed by the "Land of Fire" dance & fire show.
After the show the accredited journalists went to SKC club to for a special party arranged by Azeri delegates which included another show by Elnur and Samir. During the party guests were shown how to sing in the typical national style of Mugham. With an abundance of national food and drinks, the delegates partied well into the morning.

is not too early for all this singers to call them "legents"? for me "legends" of eurovision is: Johny Logan ( IRELAND), Anna Vissy( CYPRUS), Carola( SWEDEN), Abba (SWEDEN), Nana Mouskouri( GREECE) , Viky Leandros (GREECE-LUXEMBOURG), Dana ( from Ireland), Linda Martin ( IRELAND) , Mary Spitery( MALTA), Elissabeth Adreassen( NORWAY), ofra haza (ISRAEL), 'hot eyes' ( DENMARK), domenico mudugno ( ITALY), al bano & romina power ( ITALY), celine dion ( SWITZERLAND), cliff richard ( U.K.).

Turkey OGAE voting gave Azerbaijan 0 points. Azerbaijan is not invited to to turkish party either. But it the deal of ESC fans and organizators. It doesn't let me to speak like you about Turkey.
And what are you talking about? Maybe you are from Turkey, but after i have read your words i really doubt in your turkish roots.

Well the party was INCREDIBLE, the people were fantastic, you could totally see it was Serbs all around... Thank God i got close to the stage and saw everything, Ruslana, Zeljko, true legends, Dana is I guess a legend, though im not quite a fan...
Although, more of 2008 contestants should have come...

Afraid it's not my cup of tea, the voclas are terrible - I must look at Azerbaijan's location on the map to see who'll be voting for this
I have to be honest the Azeri entry is still a complete mess to me. That guy Samir couldn't sing to save his life
It was a great effort of the azeri to cath their attention. Their song and performance push me to look towards other participants.

I think Dana, Zeljko and Ruslana left an important mark in the history of Eurovision. That's enough to consider them a "legend" (even if I don't like Dana at all). The others are just taking part this year. Time will tell if they will be a legend or not...

Dana International is a legend of eurovision, and Zelkjo too. The rest I am not too sure about if they are legends of eurovision. I think I agree with P. Eriksson.
But of course it seems a great party. I would love to be in Belgrade. Unfortunately I am at home.
But it wouldn't be wrong if some ESC-legends performed don't you think?.

This a plea for you to please vote for The United Kingdom on 24th May. All of us here in The UK have wanted a good result for years. We have sent a good song, so can't you be good by voting for us?
We all desperate to win this year. We just want to show that we can put on a great show next year!
