About Armenia

In 2014 Armenia opted for an internal selection in order to select its Eurovision act and entry. Aram Mp3 flew the Armenian flag at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen with his entry Not Alone, achieving an honorable 4th placing in the grand final.

Armenia debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2006 with Andre and is yet to win the contest. Armenia’s best result at the Eurovision Song Contest is held by Sirusho’s 4th placing in 2008 with Qele Qele and  Aram Mp3’s 4th placing in 2014 with Not Alone. Armenia has competed 8 times in Europe’s favorite television show and has achieved great success, hence placing in the TOP 10 in the final 6  times (2006-2010) and in 2014.

The 2015 Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled to be held on 19, 21 and 23 May at the Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna, Austria.
