The coaches gave a positive reply to her performance, and Aline will proceed to the battles in the The Voice. Specially enthusiastic was the reaction of Mika to the performance of Aline, with whom he shares Lebanese roots. And you would have expected that she would join his team, but she preferred to be coached by Florent Pagny.

Aline Lahoud is to take part in a talent show in France, but she is no stranger to the public. She was the artist that the Lebanese broadcaster Télé Liban has chosen to represent the country in its planned debut in the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest. The country had announced Aline’s participation with Quand tout s’enfuit on 3 November 2004. Now Aline undertakes the present challenge, encouraged by her friends and after having been spotted by a producer who wanted to her to apply for The Voice. She did not believe it was possible, though. In the beginning I thought it was a practical joke, she stated.
