Biography
After having participated in 1969's Eurovision Song Contest with Bonjour, Bonjour Paola (born Paola Del Medico 05-10-'50 in Sankt Gallen) returned after 11 years with the song Cinéma. At the peak of her success in especially Germany. In the year before she had had some big hits there with songs like Blue Bayou, Vogel Der Nacht and Wie Du. Proving that appearing at the Eurovision Song Contest not necessarily will have negative effects on the careers of already established stars, she went on to have some hits in 1980 and after like Ich Sehe Tränen Wenn Du Lachst. In recent years Paola presented with Michael Schanze a programme circling around the hidden camera, Verstehen Sie Spaß?.
Peter Reber of course is one of the singers in Peter, Sue & Marc (Switzerland 1971, 1976, 1979 and 1981) and also the composer of the Swiss entry from 1977.
