During the 5th Operación Triunfo gala, Miguel Ángel Silva was chosen by televote with 36.9% of the votes to leave the programme. The nominees this week are Tony and Enrique Anaut, Nandez was the public favourite. After all TVE decided to organise the final yesterday instead of next week.

In this show Nika and Tessa couldn't sing at the programme due to their injuries after the accident last Monday, Enrique and Beth couldn't sing either because they had to sing with Tessa and Nika. The jury based their decision on the last rehearsal, that was broadcasted during the show, instead of their live performance.

Finally the jury nominated Elena Gadel (saved by the other singers), Marey (saved by teachers), Tony Santos and Enrique Anaut:the nominees for leaving the Academy are Tony and Enrique.

The favourite was Miguel Nández, the other candidates to be the favourite were Beth and Joan Tena.
