June focused on awards and statistics.

In this month we reviewed how some of this years entries were doing in the official charts around Europe.  We also discovered that 195 million viewers joined us for the contest in May which was a 10% improvement from Malmö last year.

Another main headline in June was the amount of Eurovision artists who had been nominated or won awards. In Hungary, Kallay won the Bravo Otto Award.

Whilst in Italy, Emma (2014) and MArco (2013) received awards at the 2014 Italian music awards.
