The Dutch press speculates about the artists who submitted songs for the Dutch Nationaal Songfestival. Also broadcaster NOS released the date on which the ticket sale for the final will start.

Paul de Leeuw, singer and television host in the Netherlands, submitted a song called Blue skies are for free, written by Ad van Olm and radio DJ Erik Dikeb. Dikeb will probably be one of the four singers too.

Gordon, who participated in the Nationaal Songfestival in 1990 and is a well-known singer in the Netherlands. It's said that he submitted a song for the national final together with boyband Replay.

On the television programme RTL Boulevard it was said that the Dutch Diva's submitted one or more songs. The trio consists of Sandra Reemer, who represented the Netherlands in 1972, 1976 and 1979, Marcha Bult, who represented the country in 1987 and Maggie McNeal, who represented the Netherlands in 1974 and 1980.

The Dutch participant for the Eurovision Song Contest 2003 will be selected through four semi-finals with 32 songs. The eight best songs will go to the final on March 1 in the Ahoy venue in Rotterdam. Tickets for this final can be purchased from November 2 at ticketservice.nl. Approximately 5.000 tickets will be available.
