The three times Eurovision Song Contest winner Johnny Logan is still selling well in Denmark, his Irish collection – considered a present for his Danish fans – is among the best selling albums in the country for the 5th week in a row. DQ is doing his best, but his CD as well as the Eurovision Song Contest Official Album seem to have a hard time keeping up with Mr. Logan.

Johnny Logan’s recently released album, The Irish Connection, is placed at this week’s #5 on the Danish Album Top 40. For the last month the former Eurovision winner has been in the Top 5, where he remains although he is one place down from last week’s 4th place.

The Danish representative for the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest DQ has a hard time keeping up with Johnny Logan although the album Drama Queen is to be found in Top 20 for the third week in a row. Last week he was in the 13th position hoping to improve. Instead he is now facing the fact that the interest for the album is going the wrong way. In one week he lost 5 positions and is now to be found at #18.

The official Song Contest album featuring all 42 songs from the show is also going the wrong way. The CD topped last week in the 17th position – now it has fallen to being the 28th most sold album in Denmark. For those who already bought the album, the official DVD is now available as well. It is new on the Danish DVD Top 10 where it starts off in 8th position.
