The 2014 Greek Eurovision representatives Freaky Fortune feat. RiskyKidd have released the Jazz version of their Eurovision entry Rise Up.

Freaky Fortune feat. RiskyKidd won the 2014 Greek Eurovision national final last March and won the right to represent Greece at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen. They flew the Greek flag in Copenhagen with their dance beat Rise Up achieving a 20th placing in the grand final.

Rise Up the Jazz Version

Greece debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1974 and has won the event in 2005 with Helena Paparizou‘s My number one, thus bringing the contest for the very first time on Greek soil in 2006.

2014 marked the 40th anniversary of Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest, the Mediterranean country has only missed the competition 6 times ( 1975, 1982, 1984, 1986, 1999, 2000). The Eurovision Song Contest has enjoyed much success and popularity in Greece in the last decade achieving massive viewing figures.
