Tonight at 21.15 (20:15 CET 19:15 GMT), Evridiki and Dimitris Korgialas will present for the first time the song which will represent Cyprus in the next Eurovision Song Contest. Comme ci, comme ça will be officially aired during the Cyprus 12 Points, Chypre 12 Points show on RIK 1.

The impressive space age stage will host, apart from Evridiki and Dimitris Korgialas – the composer of the song who will also be accompanying Evridiki on stage- Todomondo (Romania 2007), Dmitry Koldun (Belarus 2007), Olivia Lewis (Malta 2007) and the Jet Set (Poland 2007). The show will be hosted by Marina Philippidou and Yannis Charalambous. Many Greek and international artists will be featured on video wishing Evridiki kai Dimitris good luck in the contest. The official video of the song will be recorded early March in Greece, where both artists permanently live .

The show has started in Cyprus and we have been told a little about the song. It will be entirely in French and it is about the relationship of a couple that drifts apart as time goes by.

After some video wishes from Greek celebrities it's time for the first guest star of the evening. Enters Dmitry Koldun who performs Work your magic. Dressed in black, he is accompanied by two dancers. The performance still needs some working on for Helsinki. He is interviewed on stage.Dima says he is happy to participate in a show outside the borders of Belarus, he is aiming at an international career and he feels the Eurovision Song Contest will offer him that opportunity.

After the commercials and some video clips from the Cypriot Tourist Organisation (KOT) whose motto for this year is ''Love Cyprus'' a special satyrical Eurovision news bulletin : What Evridiki must NOT include in her video …no beds, no sea, no mirrors in the forest and some advice to Evridiki and Dimitris "Don't be sad if we get a comme ci, comme ca result''

A video message from the Swiss representative now. Vampires, greeting and wishes from DJ BoBo. And now it's time for the Maltese representative. Olivia Lewis performs Vertigo. Olivia is wearing a grey floral dress with her beloved zebra stripes in the sleeves and belt. She is accompanied by a single platinum haired dancerwaving two oversizedfans. Olivia talks a bit about he numerous attempts to get to the Eurovision final and says that she will be in Latvia next weekend.The crowd loved her!

Time for the Polish ambassadors now. A performance greatly appreciated by the male fans as the singer is dressed rather sexily. She is dressed in a hot little black skirt, black stockings and red stilleto knee high boots. The choreography is sexy as well. They seem nervous but the show comes out well. Interview time now. The group explain their name. She was born i Russia, he in the UK, they both reside in Poland now, thus the name. They proceed to offer Evridiki some original staging advice. Namely to undress Korgialas on stage.

And now it's time for Todomondo, the Romanian representatives… Liubi liubi I love you is performed rather well. No visible flaws or gaps despite the many alternations of singers. They explain their change of name and they sing Happy Birthday to Evridiki for Sunday. A sweet thought thatgoes down very well with the audience.

And now the time we have all been waiting for…. Evridiki and Dimitris Korgialas on stage. The author of Comme ci, Comme ca Poseidonas Yiannopoulos on video talks about his friendship with Evridiki. He says that apart from being a great artist , she is a great person as well ( kalo paidi in Greek).

Evridiki looks very French in her short shiny dress and silver shoes. The couple are asked about the staging of the song but said they have reached no final decision yet.

Wishes from the Greek finalists. Sarbel, Christos Dantis and Tamta as well as popular Greek singer Eleni Peta wish her the best. So does Konstantinos Christoforou who represented Cyprus in 96, 2002 and 2005.

And now the song…… the crowd goes crazy. The song is uptempo and catchy . Evridiki's performance is dynamic and flawless, she seems to be enjoying it immensely. The song suits both the vocal capacity and her style.
