One of the highest esteemed national finals, Swedish Melodifestivalen, will continue its search for the most appropriate 2007 Eurovision Song Contest participant. Thanks to Carola's fifth place finish in Athens with Invincible, whoever wins Melodifestivalen is automatically qualified for this year's final in Helsinki on 12 May.

The show

Like every year, two singers will move directly to the final while the 3rd and 4th placed songs are allowed to enter the semi final. You can find the complete line-up of the four semi finals and the songs that already have qualified here.
