The first single from Céline Dion's next French language CD is out today in France, Canada and select francophone markets. Sil nen restait quune (je serais celle-là). The album from which it is drawn, entitled d'Elles, will be out in May.

It's been 4 years since Céline Dion released 1 fille, 4 types, her last French language CD. But her fan's patience will soon be rewarded: Céline's D'elles will be released in May. The first single S’il n’en restait qu’une (je serais celle-là), written by Françoise Dorin, was released today in France, Canada and in other select francophone markets, as a digital download.

D'elles features songs all about women's experiences. It's the first francophone CD without a song written by Jean-Jacques Goldman since Dion chante Plamondon in 1991, though Goldman shares producing credits with such luminaries like Jacques Veneruso, Erick Benzi and Gildas Arzel–all 4 of whom were featured prominently on 1 fille.

In 1988 Céline represented Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin, where she won by a mere one point with Ne partez pas sans moi. This year DJ Bobo will have to achieve a top 10 finish in the semi-final on 10 May to earn a spot in the final on 12 May.
