The first semi-final of the Latvian Dziesma 2014 has just ended, thus we know the first six finalists of the grand final.

The finalists were decided by 50% juries and 50% public voting that consisted of televoting, text messaging and online voting.

The 6 finalists are:

• Niko – Here I am again
• Aarzemnieki – Cake to bake
• Samanta Tina – Stay
• MyRadiantU – Going all the way
• Aminata Savadogo – I can breathe
• Olga and Ligo – Saule Riet

The other 6 finalists will be decided tomorrow at the second semi final and will join today’s 6 qualifiers in the grand final on 22 February.
