Bulgaria used a new format in order to select their representative via an internal selection and a song selection wheren the public to decide the participating song for Oslo 2010. The artist that was chosen was Miroslav Kostadinov, also known as Miro, who had previously tried to represent Bulgaria back in 2007 as part of the band KariZma. The song chosen for Miro to sing was Angel si ti which translates as You are an angel and was written by Miro himself. Once again Bulgaria failed to make the final by placing 15^th in the semi final with 19 points.
