Esctoday.com met some of the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) team on Saturday night at the Nordic party here in Malmö.

We also met Ana Matronic from world famous band Scissor Sisters, who is doing commentary for the BBC Three semi-finals with Scott Mills (both pictured above) this year.

When asked what she thought of the whole Eurovision circus she said she absolutely loved it.

Would she go to Eurovision as an artist then, we asked her: Oh yes, I would love to, if I was asked she enthused.

It was reported last year that the Scissor Sisters would be interested in going to Eurovision.

The band hails originally from the United States, but has enjoyed most of their fame in the United Kingdom and Europe.

BBC Three will show the two semi-finals live from Malmö on Tuesday and Thursday.

Viewers in the United Kingdom can vote in the first semi-final and the final.

There will be special inserts and interviews with artists from Malmö in the programmes hosted by Ana Matronic and Scott Mills, following the same format as in previous years.
