The Latvian representatives for the upcoming Eurovision Song Contets, Walters & Kazha, have just released a maxi CD single for their entry The war is not over. Besides the Latvian song for Kyiv, it also includes a cover of the 2000 Eurovision Song Contest winning song Fly on the wings of love.

“Yes, the war is not over, it just begins” Walters & Kazha say. “We are still fighting for our own place on the European music scene. We are ready to do our best at the Eurovision Song Contest semifinal. The main reason of releasing this CD is to promote the song and show our musical taste since.”

Besides the Latvian Eurovision Song Contest entry, the maxi CD single also contains some other tracks. “Many people compare us to Olsen Brothers and sometimes even call us 'Little Olsen Brothers' so we decided to cover their lucky song 'Fly on the wings of love' and hope it will bring us some luck too!” the Latvian duo says.

Walters & Kazha are also members of the band Putnu Balle and their track Another creep will also appear on the single. Furthermore, the single includes a dance mix and an instrumental version of The war is not over. For now, this single will be released in Latvia only.

The single can already be purchased from www.balticshop.com. After the contest it will be available from Microphone Records and their EMI partners in Europe.
