Andrius Pojavis was chosen to represent Lithuania in the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest. After a tough national final, the public and the professional jury made their choice. It will be  Andrius Pojavis who will perform under the colors of the Lithuanian flag in Malmö. Pojavis won the national final with the song Something which he penned himself.

Lithuania debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1994 when Ovidijus Vyšniauskas scored a ‘nil points’. Their best result so far is the 6th place secured by LT United with their song We are the winners at the 2006 edition held in Athens.
