Ralph Siegel is back in the German national final. Siegel admitted today that he is the songwriter of A miracle of Love, to be performed by Nicole Süßmilch & Marco Matias, also known as 'Under One Flag'. Siegel submitted the song under the pseudonym Mario Matias.

For many it might not come as a surprise but nevertheless Ralph Siegel today admitted that he is the songwriter of the German national final entry A miracle of love. To German broadcaster RTL Siegel explains that he wanted the song to be rated as a 'song' and not as a 'Ralph Siegel product'.

Ralph Siegel submitted A miracle of love under the pseudonym Mario Matias. A name that had to make him appear as a relative of Marco Matias. Together with Nicole Süßmilch, Marco Matias will perform the song in the German national final on 12th March.

Ralph Siegel will thus return to the German national final after an absence of one year. Due to the cooperation between German broadcaster NDR and music channel VIVA, Siegel was excluded from last year's national final.
