RTBF has informed Esctoday.com that a special jury has selected the 3 songs that will compete at the forthcoming 2013 Belgian national final, they had to choose 3 out of 6 songs for Roberto Bellarosa. The titles of the songs along with fragments of the  3 competing songs will be released on 11 December. The 2013 Belgian entry will be selected via a public voting/ jury deliberation on 16 December.

As reported last month, the Belgian entry will be sung by The Voice Belgique winner Roberto Bellarosa. The young man with his family roots in Italy will get to sing three songs on a radio show on 16 December 2012, from 10.30 until 13.00 CET.  The selection will happen on Radio Vivacité and the selection will be made by a combination of public and jury votes. The radio channel has an internet stream available for international fans. Six songs were presented by representatives from the record label Sony to RTBF. The broadcaster selection jury did not know who the submitted songs have been written by, and  have selected  three to go further. Fragments of the songs will be made available on 11 December and the final will then take place on 16 December.
