A jury and televoting decided the outcome of the first Dora 2005 semifinal and awarded 1 up to 9 points. Both jury and televoters gave their maximum 9 points to Boris Novković feat. Lado members.

Among tonight's semifinalist was Danijela. She represented Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest twice before. In 1998 she finished 5th with the song Neka mi ne svane. Together with the group Magazin she represented her country earlier in 1995 when they reached the 6th place with the song Nostalgija.

In the final, to take place on 5th March, 14 songs will be performed. A three-member jury (50%) and televoting (50%) will decide which 3 songs would have the best chances in Kiev. Televoting only will then select one of the 3 songs to represent Croatia at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest.
