Norwegian final on 9 February, new MGP hosts

The Norwegian final of MGP will once again take place at Oslo Spektrum, and the date has been confirmed just a minute ago as the 9th of February 2013. The first heat will be in Steinkjer on 19 January, as reported before and the second heat will see MGP return to Florø on the 26th. The venue for the third heat will be revealed later.

The new hosts for Melodi Grand Prix have also been revealed by the Norwegian broadcaster NRK. They will be Jenny Skavlan and Erik Solbakken. She is currently on the MAX channel extreme sport program Fritt fall, and he is currently on a NRK3 comedy show Karl Johan. Erik Solbakken is of course known to the whole Europe after he was one of the three hosts at the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo.
