Roberto Meloni, the Italian singer that represented Latvia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 and 2008, released a brand new song entitled ‘Paslepes’. Music was written by Yaron Malachi from Israel while the lyrics are penned by Jenny May and Roberto Meloni.

Yaron Malachi, the composer of the song, is also the author of one of the Bulgarian finalists of the national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2012, “Eternal” performed by Simona Sivanio.

Roberto Meloni is an Italian singer residing in Latvia. Apart from representing the Baltic nation at the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 and 2008 as part of Bonaparti.lv and Pirates of the Sea, he also took part in the Latvian version of Dancing with the stars and dubbed various film characters such as the sea lion Stefano from Madagascar 3.
