The Swedish broadcaster Sveriges Television (SVT) has announced the ten songs for their Lilla Melodifestivalen where the Swedish entry for the Junior Eurovisiong Song Contest will be chosen.

The winner will be partly chosen by a special jury assembled for this occasion, although the Swedish television viewers are going to have the final say. The ten songs are (in no particular order):

01. Daniel Sjögren-Larsson & Lukas Jacobsson – Data hop
02. Wednesday – Det är så det ska' va' (That's the way it should be)
03. Sofie Ljungberg – Du finns i mitt hjärta (You're in my heart)
04. Felix Hvit – För den jag är (For who I am)
05. V.Ä.N.N.E.R – För du är min vän ('Cause you're my friend)
06. Dragonheartz – Om du (If you)
07. Sebastian 'Sebbe' Boström – Om jag gillar nån (If I like somebody)
08. Patrik Olsson – Sommarsol (Summer sun)
09. The Honeypies – Stoppa mig! (Stop me!)
10. Vendela Blomgren & Vera Kebbe-Sandström – Vänner (Friends)

Lilla Melodifestivalen will be hosted by Victoria Dyring, known from two children's and youth programmes on SVT, and Per Sinding-Larsen, who has hosted the Swedish Eurovision Song Contest preview shows the last two years. The venue for the show is the SVT television centre in Stockholm.

The Junior Eurovision Song Contest itself is to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark on 15th November and will be broadcast live to fifteen countries.
