We are already halfway through the internet voting stage in the Austrian selection for Eurovision 2011. The rock band Alkbottle are in the lead, a position they hold since the very beginning of the voting.

There are 30 candidates left in the Austrian selection. The online voting will decide the 10 hopefuls that will participate in the national final, set for February 25th.

The 10 acts that would become finalists by the time this article was published are:
