Eurovision 2016 winner Jamala from Ukraine has released the audio version of her single Kryla (Крила).

Kryla (Крила), which means “Wings”, is Jamala‘s new single. In the song, the Eurovision 2016 winner describes the liberating power of love, which has the ability to rise above adversities and to set someone free, giving a person wings to fly.

Kryla was composed by Jamala herself, lyrics by Tetyana Mylymko and produced by SEKTA (Vanek Klimenko, Stas Chornyy).

Jamala already presented a live version of Kryla at Ukraine’s Eurovision 2018 selection Vidbir, a few weeks ago:

Jamala (born Susana Alimivna Jamaladinova, Osh, Kirghizia, 1983) represented Ukraine at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm, Sweden, with the dark heartfelt song 1944.

Progressing to the Grand Final, Jamala and 1944 ultimately won the contest, receiving 534 points.
