Rosman Pace submitted a song for the Swiss selection. Five time Maltese national finalist will try to represent Switzerland with an entry he composed himself. The internet selection of the Swiss pre-selection has kicked off and interested artists can submit their songs. The best ten candidates will go on to the televised national final on 11th December.

The Maltese singer who openly says that he is a devoted Eurovision fan is trying his luck with another country with the song We can change the world. His debut in the Maltese final was in 2003. The best placing he received in the national final was in 2003 and 2008. The last time he managed to get to the final was last year with the song One Million Ways while in the last national final his song Hypnotized did not advance to the final held last February.

Rosman has participated in various international festivals. This is not the first time that Maltese artists have had a connection with the Swiss participation in the Eurovision Song Contest. Four years ago when the contest took place in Athens, two time Maltese national finalist, Keith Camilleri formed part of the group Six4One and performed Ralph Siegel’s song If we all givea little.

Meanwhile songs for the Swiss selection can be submitted until 30th October. In early November, the online voting will be opened and people will be able to vote for their favorite songs. Meanwhile, a panel of experts will listen to the songs and will get a stake of 50% of the total votes. The top 10 will go on to the televised part of the selection, where they winner will be decided by tele-voting.
