As all participating countries are in the midst of their Eurovision 2018 journey, the already selected contestants seem to have begun their actions in order to promote what we are going to witness in the forthcoming May.

Thus, the Czech selected entrant Mikolas Josef made a visit in Ukraine and sang his Eurovision entry in the country’s national selection Vidbir.

Lie to me?

Right after his victory in the national selection Eurovision Song CZ two weeks ago, Mikolas chose the latest Eurovision host country to be his first station where he would be performing his Eurovision song Lie to me.

Mikolas appeared at the first semi-final of the Ukrainian national selection process Vidbir 2018 on Saturday. Dressed in his specific style, the 23-year old boy was applauded by the audience and the 2016 Eurovision winner Jamala, who is currently a jury member on the show. After his performance, he was interviewed by the show’s host Serhiy Pritula.

Here you may watch his perfomance on Saturday night:

So, do you like this year’s Czech hip hop song? Which could be his next destination in Europe?

Czech Republic is going to perform in the 1st half of the first semi-final on 8 May. The 63rd Eurovision Song Contest will be taking place on 8, 10 and 12 May at the Altice Arena in Lisbon, Portugal.
