The Latvian Broadcaster, LTV, offers children from children's homes to be present at the technical rehearsal of Eurovision Song Contest 2003 on May 23.

To get this opportunity children from the children's houses have to take part in the work-shop Child's greeting to Eurovision. They will make the presents and souvenirs for the delegations of the participating countries. The most active children will receive invitations to the rehearsal.

Uldis Grava, the General Manager of LTV, told: Children at children's homes have rich fantasy, they are handy. It was proven last year when they decorated our Christmas tree. It would be a great chance to express their creativity, but we could support it by inviting them to the concert.

500 seats are booked for the children as well as the members of the handicapped association and other organisations. It will be the last rehearsal without the viewers that hold the tickets.
