Could this be referring to the rumours regarding Kristian Kostov?

Who are the potential acts for Eurovision?

According to recent reports in the Bulgarian media, the final 3 artists are potentially Gery-Nikol, Krista and Kristian Kostov. However BNT has yet to confirm these reports and has said that we should await official information from them.

The broadcaster mentioned that there was a song that was significantly leading within the juries, reportedly being the song of Kristian Kostov.

Although Gery-Nikol is the fan favourite together with Mihaela Fileva, Bulgarian media reports that Kristian is leading and is most likely to go to Kyiv. This information is just speculation; we are waiting to know more in the upcoming weeks.

Bulgaria has opted for a very serious internal selection this year and it is said that they have received promising feedback.

Bulgaria in Eurovision

The country achieved its best score yet in the contest in 2016 with Poli Genova who finished 4th with 307 points. They are yet to win the contest and have qualified only twice out of 10 times. Sofi Marinova almost did in 2012 but lost out on a tie break with Norway for the 10th spot in the semi-final.
