Eurovision 2017: NTU kicks off search for volunteers!

NTU, the Ukrainian national broadcaster has kicked off the search for the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest volunteers.

Do you want to become a volunteer at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest? Do you have what it takes to become a volunteer? Do you speak English or any other foreign language?

If so you can apply to become a volunteer at the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest and get the chance to work along the 2017 Eurovision delegations, artists and will experience the backstage and fan zone areas. The submission period will be opened from 19 December- 17 February.

Volunteers will be given various tasks in order to help out at the official hotels, official venues (Euroclub, Eurovision Village), Press Centre, Delegation Area, Fan Zone Area, backstage area, Eurovision venue IEC, etc. They will be helping and assisting delegations as delegation hosts during the 2 Eurovision weeks.

The Executive Producer of the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest Ms. Victoria Romanova (NTU):

We will select 750 volunteers who will  form the Eurovision Volunteers’ Family. Please send the questionnaires to everyone who wishes to participate in an event of this magnitude. Volunteers will be assisting  people who will come from overseas and will play a key role in making them feel comfortable in Kyiv during weeks Eurovision Song Contest. We as the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest host broadcaster will create the best conditions for the volunteers’ work, so that the experience they gain during this period will be beneficial for them.

If you’d like to volunteer for the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest and are eligible to do so you can fill out the forms and send them to NTU. Hereafter you will be invited by the Ukrainian broadcaster for an interview.

The 2017 Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled to be held on 9, 11 and 13 May at the IEC in Kyiv, Ukraine.
